finaly warm

I just thought I would let you all know the heater has finally been fixed. And can I say just in time with this weather today. The plumber came yesterday morning to put a new fan in. They should of replaced the stupid thing like I asked them to. I hope the gas plumber charged them extra for coming to do it out of normal working hours.

Im now in the process of writting a letter of complaint to the estate agent.

Red bubble

Have a look at this wed site. They sell art work, they can even sell your stuff too. You can get some nice stuff like cards, prints and tee shirts. If you want to get something nice and a little different for someone as a present then this site is good. I was reading an artical in the Melbourne Times about it, so I had a look and liked it, so Im now telling everyone about it.

Still Not Happy, Still Not Warm

The gas plumber come tonight to look at the heater. He could not fix it. It now needs a new fan. Still not Happy, and still not warm. So I hope they get new bit for it soon, real soon. Or even better they put in a new heater.

Not Happy, Not Warm

Im not happy with my rental manager with the estate agency I rent with. My heater never worked when i moved in last year. I told them when i moved in but nothing was done and it was warm enough to go with out one, so i did nothing about it.

Well about 6 weeks ago i had a rental inspection and told the manager that it was not working. He said he would get it fixed. After not hearing back from him for two weeks I called him. Well, he was hard to catch and never returned my calls. So a week after that i came home to find a gas plumbers card on my door. So i called him and organised to have the heater fixed. It worked well after it was fixed and I was finaly nice and warm.

To my delight the heater died on me sunday avo. After a week of warm bliss, I was not happy.

I called the manager Tuesday this week as my heater is not working, yet again. He was not in so i left a brief message for him, and asked him to call me back. Well, I called him today after not hearing back from him but he was not in. I called again and managed to get hold of him this avo, and he told me to call the plumber. So thats what I did. I must say this plumber is great as he is here now(7 pm) trying to fix my heater. What a legend he is.

Im cranky as I have done so much chasing with the estate agent and he has not called me back once. He has not even got back to me about other things that I asked to be done. Not great customer service.

Hello

Hello all Nooksters. Iv been looking at this site for months and thinking how cool everyone is. So now I have now finaly joined, i have wanted to do it for ages now. I have even managed to get a friend to join to.

Here is a bit about me.Im interested in the art showing you have coming up, as im a creative person. I just wish i had more time to do things. Im single, and have lots to say about my dating desasters. Like the blind date I had last nite, the guy was just not into me and showed my by ignoring me all night. He would not even look at me, let alone talk to me. How rude, but anyway he was the one who missed out. I work full time but its not what i realy want to do. It is a good job,but it can be a bit boring at times.
