School Holiday
Published 1 year, 2 months ago in My life.I must say I love school holidays. It means no trafic on the roads in the morning. So I can leave for work at 8.55 am and be at work at 8.59 am. And the bonus of not being late for work like I always am. Its the only time Im on time. Hahaha.
Anyone else excited by school holidays for all the wrong reasons?

I too love school hols ‘cos it means I don’t have to work, race around in the morning like a maniac, drive kids to school, I can sleep in, catch up with friends, cook tea at a reasonable hour and do fun stuff with my kids.
I’m with you little miss, the roads are bliss in the mornings. But the shopping centre is a killer !! I had to go to medicare the other day, I had a whole hour to spare, practically took me that long to find a park, why? School hols. When I was younger, we spent the holidays exploring, or rehearsing plays for the neighbours. Seems nowadays its easier to wear the kids out dragging them around the shops.
Yeah, now everyone is blasting their horns at me in the school day only 40k zones, instead of me blasting them when the kids ARE at school!!!!!!!
Little miss, only 4 minutes to drive to work?????? you should try walking, better for you and also much better for the car, cars don’t like such short trips.!
Not much a fan of school holidays due to all the kids in the shopping malls. But the bus is less crowded.
Love the clear roads. But they are full again now
